Following the discussion and vote on the above report, council amendments previously submitted to the Mayor’s proposed budgets as outlined in Report FIN-2023-32, as appendix I, appendix II and appendix III, will be considered individually.
The member of council who submitted the item, will read the amendment, confirm they want to move the item, the Mayor will identify a seconder and then discussion will proceed. All motions considered this evening will be “conditionally” approved, with final approval being considered at the December 5th Special Council Meeting.
Note to Public: All conditionally approved amendments to the Mayor’s proposed 2024 budgets will be considered for Final Approval on December 5, 2023, Special Council Meeting, which is being held at 5:00 p.m.
