Following the discussion and vote on the above report, council amendments previously submitted to the Mayor’s proposed budgets as outlined in Report FIN-2023-34. Appendix I and appendix II will be considered individually.
The member of council who submitted the item, will read the amendment, confirm they want to move the item, the Mayor will identify a seconder and then discussion will proceed. All motions considered during this section of the agenda will be strictly conditionally approved. They will be considered for final approval, following the conclusion of considering amendments to the Mayor's Proposed 2024 Budgets.
